Portieux Pink Opaline Squirrel Box Apart

Portieux Pink Opaline Squirrel Box Bottom  Portieux Vallerysthal - Valleysthal is a glass house that was established in 1836 in Lorraine, France. It was well known for its production of opaline and decorative glassware during the 1830s to 1870s. French and Bohemian glass workers crafted these works of art. In the 1870s this region became part of Germany. Due to new export laws selling glass to the French became problematic. Vallerysthal purchased Portieux, which was located in Vosges, France in order to solve the problem. The name of the new company was called Portieux Vallerysthal
