The spooner which we are including with the set does have damage. We are actually selling the 3 pieces and sending the spooner along. There is a sizable 1/2" chip near the bottom of the spooner. It does not show when turned to the back and makes a great shelf piece, but we want to make sure that you are aware that this piece is not perfect. THERE ARE THE COMMON SHEER MARKS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS TYPE OF GLASSWARE. The tiny straw marks appear on the butter bottom and sugar bottom. They are small, but again we do our best to disclose everything regarding condition. This is a rarely found set and is well over 100 years old.
