The #1234 Flower Block that she rests in is in great shape too. While Undamaged this tiny piece has flaws that were inherent in its production. There is roughness (or sharpness on the base bottom around the underside of the holes). There are also some striation marks on the bottom of the base (please see the close up of the base bottom). All of these early flower blocks have this type of crude appearance.
